What does a Client Servicing Coordinator do?
- Responsible for booking client meetings and general PA duties
- Responsible for managing Salesforce, ensuring all data/records and team are up to date
- Responsible for evidencing clients servicing within Salesforce
- Creating pre-meeting packs
- Responsible for client contact and queries
- Managing new client’s & leads within Salesforce and Prospect Manager
- Closing meetings within Salesforce
- E-briefing management
What does a Business Administrator do?
- Responsible for managing the whole LOA process and gaining client information for business submission
- Post meeting admin and all CFR updates
- Supporting paraplanner in business submission: New business (new money), Withdrawals & top up’s drawdown
- Illustrations
- Completing client forms: ID&V, AML’s
- Chasing pipeline – SJP admin queries & issue resolution
- Liaise with client on data and updates on timeline
What does a Paraplanner do?
- Responsible for QoD scores and best practice
- Managing compliance and risk
- Responsible for all business submission inc SLs, Illustrations and Advice Sets
- Preparing ‘presentation’ documentation for Advisers
- Issue resolution

If you would like to take your first step towards a career in wealth management, we provide successful candidates the support and guidance to understand all areas of the business that will enable you to become a fully qualified Adviser.
The Opportunity
Future Wealth Management provides a sophisticated Academy programme for individuals to work alongside a highly successful Partner offering a seamless service of distinct quality, professionalism and expertise across all aspects of wealth management, supported by St. James's Place. The Academy programme will require commitment for the following:
- Learning all aspects of the administrational process.
- A commitment to passing exams at regular intervals.
- Producing personal/professional development plans.
- Attending regular plenary professional development sessions.
- Attending bespoke 1-2-1 development plan progress review & coaching meetings.
